A warm and cozy little eagle's nest. The Maupas refuge located in the French Pyrenees of Bagnères de Luchon – Lys Valley.
A refuge without many pretensions and basic services, will invite you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of summer by taking a little altitude in the heart of the Pyrenees.
Very close to the peaks of more than 3000 m and the Crabioules circus; passing through centuries-old beech forests, summer pastures, torrents and waterfalls! A beautiful succession of lakes full of fish, routes where it is common to surprise lizards and vultures, beautiful walls to climb, all the elements are there to make your visit to Maupas a success.

How to get
Desde Bagnères de Luchon, head towards the Superbagnères ski resort, after a few 6 The 7 kilometres, turn left on a sharp curve: address Vallée du Lys. Park at the bottom of the valley (frente a Ô Berges du Lys), then cross the river and start the path on your left.
